- Go to either one of these two links to get to the WorkstationScentsy web page: scentsy.us or workstation.scentsy.com. Reset Your Scentsy Workstation Login US Password
As you need your password to complete Workstation Scentsy login, you won’t be able to continue managing your business without it. Nevertheless, even if you forget your password you can set a new one from the Workstation Scentsy login page. To do so, go through these steps:
- Get to the Workstation Scentsy login page at workstation.scentsy.us.
- Under the two sign in fields you will see a pink link that reads I forgot my password; please press it to proceed.

Activate Your Scentsy Portal Account
Before you can access the Scentsy Pay Portal you will need to have activated your account. If you have not done so yet, complete the steps we have described here:
- Reach the Scentsy Pay Portal page by either one of the methods we mentioned in the previous section of this guide (Scentsy Pay Portal Login).
- In addition to the sign in box, the Scentsy Pay Portal login page will also include a purple button called Activate Account. Push it to continue.
- To begin the activation process, you need to enter one of these three pieces of information: your Scentsy card number, your email address or your consultant ID. If you choose the first option, type in the 16 digits of your card number. For the second option, enter the email address that you used when you registered your account with Scentsy. The third option requires you to enter your username or company ID.
- After providing your personal information, press Continue.
- Go through any other steps in the activation process, following all instructions with attention.
- Once your account is activated you can go back and follow the login process we have previously described.
Scentsy Login Support Center
In case your problem goes beyond resetting your password, you can always reach out to a Scentsy representative for help. Before you do so, we recommend that you search for your inquiry among previously asked questions, to make sure that an answer was not already provided for consultants in situations similar to yours.
You can get to the Support Center either by clicking the Contact link in the footer of the Pay Portal page or by visiting this link: https://www.scentsypay.com/hw2web/consumer/page/contact.xhtml. The first tab that appears is the Frequently Asked Questions page, where you can enter your question in the empty field. Depending on the keywords you use you will see various topics, questions and answers related to your personal inquiry.
If your issue wasn’t among the frequently asked questions, you can contact a Scentsy representative via telephone. Please note that customer service hours are from 6 am to 5 pm Pacific Time from Monday through Friday and from 8 am to 5 pm during the weekend. The toll-free number for USA and Canada consultants is 1-866-277-1790, while the main international number is International: 1-778-373-5389.
