- Open the Crossmark Citrix solution from www.crossmark.com. This will allow you to load the VP Crossmark SalesTrak platform on your mobile device.
- Click the tab marked “Crossmark Employee Citrix Login”
- A new Crossmark login menu will appear. Enter your Crossmark username in the first field of the Crossmark Citrix menu.
- Enter your Crossmark password in the second field.
- Tap “Log On” to access your Crossmark SalesTrak account.

When you choose the forgotten password option, you will be redirected to a password reset menu. You will have to enter your email or username in the first field of the menu. Next, you will have to select the password reset method. Your options are SMS and email.
